How to Send Your Flowers

To ensure your bouquet arrives in the best possible condition, please follow these guidelines carefully:

Packaging Your Bouquet

Place your flowers in a sturdy box to help them keep their shape during transit
Do not spray the flowers with water
Wrap damp (not wet) tissue paper around the stems only
Cover the stems with a plastic bag to retain moisture

Important:

Do not wrap the entire bouquet in plastic
Keep flower heads/blossoms uncovered and dry to prevent mould

Preparing the Box

Scrunch tissue paper to create a soft base at the bottom of the box
Place your bouquet gently on top
Add more scrunched paper around and above the flowers to keep them secure during transit

Include Your Details

Please place a note inside the box with:

Your name
Wedding date
A list of all items included (e.g. bouquet, boutonnière, additional arrangements)

Sealing & Sending

Seal the box securely with tape
Clearly label the box with “FRAGILE” and “THIS WAY UP”

We recommend sending your flowers via An Post Express (next day delivery) where possible.
Please drop your parcel at your local post office before the final collection time to avoid delays.
