Q & A

How soon do I need to book?

We can accept orders up to 5 days after your event date, subject to availability. However, during peak wedding season, availability is limited. We strongly recommend booking before your wedding day to secure your spot.

How long does it take?

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 12 weeks.

Each custom order requires a unique amount of time depending on several factors, including:

  • The natural process of drying and pressing fresh flowers
  • The type and quantity of products ordered
  • Customer response time if we require additional details
  • Seasonal demand (lead times may be longer during peak periods)

Processing time begins only once your flowers are received by the Flower Beauty Floral Art team.

Orders are completed on a first in, first out (FIFO) basis, according to the date flowers are received.

Please note:

  • We do not operate on weekends or public holidays
  • Flowers cannot be received and orders are not processed on these days
  • In periods of high demand, extended lead times will be communicated via email

Can I return my frame?

All custom bridal bouquets and personalised orders are made to order and therefore non-returnable.

Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of satisfaction with the final product.

While we always aim to meet your expectations:

  • All arrangements are created according to our professional standards
  • We cannot accept responsibility for dissatisfaction with design, style, or final appearance once completed

The design will always be agreed upon prior to arranging the flowers. We typically provide one design proposal, and we welcome customer input and preferences wherever possible.

How soon do you need the flowers?

For best results, flowers should be sent as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days after your event (up to 7 days may still be workable).

Before delivery:

  • Keep stems freshly cut and in water. Especially during wedding day try to keep flowers in the vase with water as much as possible. Cool place as well recommended.
  • Do not freeze the bouquet.
  • Avoid allowing flowers to dry out.

If flowers arrive in poor condition (e.g. mould, crumbling petals, internal damage), they may not be suitable for pressing. We are not responsible for any damage to the flowers during shipping or any delivery method. In such cases, we will inform you.

Are there any flowers that cannot be pressed?

Not all flowers are suitable for pressing. Some are too thick or delicate to preserve effectively.

During the process, natural changes in colour and texture may occur:

  • White flowers may turn cream or antique tones
  • Pink may deepen or develop warmer undertones
  • Greens may darken or lighten
  • Reds may shift toward pink or purple

Each flower reacts differently depending on freshness, water content, and when it was picked. While we aim to preserve your bouquet as closely as possible, variations are a natural part of the process.

Will flowers fade over time?

Yes. Pressed flowers are natural materials and will fade gradually over time.

To help preserve their appearance:

  • Keep your frame out of direct sunlight
  • Display in a cool, dry environment

We do not paint or artificially enhance colours, ensuring your bouquet remains natural. Some fading and colour change over time should be expected.

Will all of my flowers be used?

Not all flowers will be pressed, and not all pressed flowers will be included in the final design.

We carefully select the best quality blooms in the best condition to achieve the highest standard finish.

Artistic Process & Design Disclaimer

Each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork, created by hand.

While a design direction will be discussed and agreed in advance, the final composition may include slight artistic adjustments during the creation process. This is due to:

  • The natural behaviour of pressed flowers
  • Structural changes during drying
  • The hands-on process of arranging and preserving each element

As an artist, I work intuitively with the flowers, making small refinements as I assemble the piece to ensure the best possible aesthetic result.

The final artwork will always remain as close as possible to the agreed design, but exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the creative and interpretive nature of this process.

We may photograph completed pieces for portfolio, website, and social media use. If you prefer your piece to remain private, please let us know in advance.
